Illinois Brass Band 2021 Holiday Performances

The Illinois Brass Band, under the direction of Music Director Stephen Squires, is proud to announce the following upcoming holiday performances.

Both performances will consist of Christmas music from around the world with familiar songs both sacred and secular. As always, we will feature a guest vocalist. This year, we are pleased to have as our guest vocalist Ms. Amy Bearden. Currently, Amy teaches K-8 General Music in the McKinley Park neighborhood of Chicago. Amy is also on the staff of First United Methodist Church of Arlington Heights, IL as the director of the bell choir.
As is our tradition, we will close our performance with our traditional sing-along medley of Christmas carols led by our guest vocalist.
Selected pieces on the program include:
- Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming
- Frosty the Snowman - Tuba Solo
- The Christmas Song
- Twas the Night Before Christmas - narration with music
- Three Kings Swing - jazz arrangement of "We Three Kings"
Saturday, December 18 - St. Charles
Tickets at the door for the St Charles Concert are $12 for adults and $6 for students and children 18 and under. Family pricing is also available at $30 for 2 adults and up to 4 children 18 and under.
Online ticket sales are no longer available. Tickets on the day of on the day of performance are only available at the door before the start of the concert.
Day of Concert Ticket Prices:Adults: $12.00
Children and Students 18 and under: $6.00
Family: $30.00 (2 adults and up to 4 children 18 and under)

Founded in 1991, The Illinois Brass Band is in its 30th year of bringing high quality brass band music to audiences throughout the greater metropolitan area.
